QUESTION 1: Can you tell me about a problem that occurred often enough that you felt compelled to correct it? What was the situation and what did you do?
QUESTION 2: Can you give me an example of a time when you successfully motivated other people under challenging circumstances? What did you do?
QUESTION 3: Can you tell me about any new management theories or approaches that have intrigued you in the past year? Tell me about any you have recently investigated in some depth. What was of particular interest to you in these theories? What did you learn?
QUESTION 4: Can you think of a time when you worked hard to attain a difficult goal or get something accomplished against the odds? What was the situation and what did you do? How did you feel afterward?
